U.S. Army sociologists...

We need a diversity of Army sociologists, then. If they all agree then there is no diversity.

What Army diversity should look like:

Rifle Squad

Squad Leader- M4
Team Leader x2- M4
Rifleman x4- M4
Grenadier x2- M203
Machine Gunner- M249

That should be the basis for Army diversity, not this social engineering petri dish crap.
