He should have pretended that he only speaks Arabic and they would have waved him right in.

Real power is the power of selective and arbitrary enforcement of the law. It helps keep the slaves uncertain as to when the next punishment will be administered and keeps them in line.

Sounds like a class action law suit of blatant discrimination under the law. Your an American crossing on a bike your fined bud. Your an illegal crossing any way possible and your handed the keys to the kingdom. Equal protection under the law, really?

Uhhhh:

The U.S. citizen was released on his own recognizance and the Canadian citizen, who was a Lebanese national, was returned to Canada, said CBP.

When questioned by the police or any agents of the state, the response should always be:

“I do not answer questions from the police or agents of the state without the presence of my attorney.”

Any money used to secure the border will be used to keep Americans and their money in the country.

Cool! A legal precedent.

I suggest that we collect $5000.oo payable only in gold.
If the illegal is unable to pay the fine, then the government of Mexico is responsible.

Until the fine is paid the illegal invader will work on building a wall and then be sent back over the border.

Nothing could be fairer than that!

True power is not derived from law enforcement.
True power is derived from SELECTIVE and ARBITRARY law enforcement.

"...Real power is the power of selective and arbitrary enforcement of the law..."

That is the definition of Anarcho-Tyranny, which is a tool the left uses against patriotic Americans.

Today's example is the attack on Brietbart by the IRS.

Depends.
It he's left-brained it's okay.
If he's left-footed then he's in trouble.
