“Half of all bird species in North America including the bald eagle are at risk of severe population decline by 2080 if the swift pace of global warming continues,...”
You mean the swift pace that has resulted in no temp change since 1998?

What a crock!
First, the 'global warming' has not been accelerating -- it has actually been essentially zero for the last 17 years.Second, the one creature which has the least worry about global warming, if it were ever to happen, would be a bird. All it would have to do is fly a few miles further north (or south in the SH), very easy for a bird.

Can’t correctly predict the weather a week in advance and they want us to believe what “might” happen in 65 years? Shaking head in disbelief....

When are these "progressive" nitwits going to figure out that we all know that "global warming" is a scam, a multi-billion-dollar Ponzi scheme?
Congress should pass a Law that any public figure pushing the scam of "Global Warming" be immediately jailed for attempted mass fraud.
This crap makes Bernie Madoff look like a Boy Scout.

Half of all bird species in North America including the bald eagle are at risk of severe population decline by 2080 if the swift pace of global warming continues, the National Audubon Society concluded in a study released Monday. Yep - NO global warming in 18 years means that the climate will be EXACTLY what it is today in the year 2080, right?

Audubon Society, now there is an unbiased source if there was ever was one. Look at who runs the organization and how much money they have donated to the DNC and Democratic Candidates and the money to Republicans. Even their monthly magazine has at least one political dig against Republicans monthly, if not more.

The 2 dozen bald eagles nesting behind my nephews house in MT. seem to be doing OK!No windmills nearby yet?

Global warming is a crock, but the true cause of loss of native birds until recently has been the proliferation of non-native bird species followed by habitat loss.
Starlings, especially, are a threat to native species. They multiply rapidly and take over other bird nests to do so. Habitat loss is another cause of native bird loss, but in recent years private conservation efforts have attempted to reverse that.
Of course, both windmills and solar facilities are becoming much more detrimental to bird populations, especially predators, as they are killed as they try to get to smaller birds hit by the blades or roasted as they fly between the collectors and the receiver.

I would bet that not one of these whining nincompoops can name, off-the-cuff, just one North American
bird species that has been rendered extinct by climate change since this idiotic nonsense became popular.

By 2080, the bald eagle, the national symbol of the United States, could see its habitat decrease by 75%, the report says. With a habitat range of Central Mexico to the Alaska North Slope hard to imagine the climate of Southern Mexico reaching as far north as central Canada.
To: Da Coyote
Well I’d say the wind farms and the solar farms are chopping and roasting most of them.
