Lots of naïve libs live in the general area around that Kroger. I know a number of them, including my own rich cousin who is just eaten up with white guilt. Had that happened further east, there would have been a much better chance they would have run into someone carrying.
There are some valuable lessons here. If you carry a firearm, and many Freepers do, the time to shoot is not when you are laying on your back and six people are doing Riverdance on your head. Remember, there is no shortage of videos that can be used as evidence to support your claim that you were in fear of your life or that of a loved one.
If you do go down, expect these beasts to kick the daylights out of you. It is fashionable for them to run, jump up as high as they can and land both feet on your head. Remember that they do not care if they kill you. So protect your head and your weapon if you can’t get it drawn.
It may sound funny, but practice dry firing from a on your back position, you may have to shoot from that position.
Remember, these mob actions can occur anywhere there is a concentration of the perpetually aggrieved populace. Expect to be singled out for your ethnicity and always be mindful these monsters prefer the sucker punch. It’s their go to attack and they will try to incapacitate you with the first punch, usually using a forearm and all their body weight. If you get knocked out, there goes your wallet and firearm, so keep your head on a swivel.
The best defense is to avoid these ferals and places they tend to swarm at.

So true. Also, one should always be aware of your surroundings and what is going on behind your back. I once saw a mob of black teens throw a full garbage can from a wall onto a white guy (I was safely in a car nearby). He didn't see it coming from behind. Gotta have eyes on your back and get out of there.
