Has to be a money thing ... (shrug) ... only thing making sense. Bet the media will soon be there to blame someone else as is beginning and underway. The media will help them by blaming the commissioner. Now the commissioner made a mistake, I’ll agree but why blame someone else after the ruling has been made to be indefinite suspension. Nobody is safe when Congress and the media is hold court. Even if that someone was not in the elevator they are not safe. Court rooms, judges, lawyers, the perps, the victims ... a planned exercise?
