Didn’t know that there was that much difference in trigger pull. I know my LCP feels much lighter than the specs you posted.

Yes, there’s a good bit of difference. Not so much for a man’s hand strength but for a lady it can be a world of difference. The weight of the DAO trigger throws off a lot of folks with the LCP but the chief advantage is less chance of accidental misfire when carrying loose in a pocket without a holster.
The LCP trigger weight is difficult and expensive to adjust as well. Given that some ladies do not have the tensile strength to use the LCP with any accuracy under the best of circumstances, the Kel Tec offers a viable alternative with almost the exact same design and caliber.
Anyways, it’s all subjective to the individual. Cheers and safe shooting either way!
