'World's smallest house' comes with much larger price tag

What could well be the world's smallest house is for sale - but the price they want for just 188 square feet is gobsmacking.

If you thought Sydney house prices were spiralling out of control, spare a thought for those poor souls across the seas in London.

What could well be the ‘world’s smallest house’ has hit the market, but don’t expect a small price tag to go with it.

The term ‘house’ in this case is a bit of a stretch of the imagination – as it boasts a total of 188 square feet under its roof.

Meh, I've got a smaller one on my property. We like to call it "The Tool Shed". It's 100 ft^2 of manly goodness, including a *very* well-worn comfortable recliner. It's in a bucolic location, with a lovely view of the drainage ditch local water feature.

I'll let it go for just 1/3 of the price of this place. For a slight bit more, I could even deliver it.

This is Obama’s goal, to only allow each citizen enough dough to afford this amount of space.
