This journalist is intent on expressing his belief that black people are incapable of physical violence apparently.
If he feels as such, I’d like to see him put up money on his tacit claim that an unarmed black man has never beat a person to death with their bare hands.
He won’t of course because he makes money off of writing what ignorant racist people want to read and he’s not paid to write factual intelligent articles.
I tire of statements like “stealing cigars/jaywalking is not a capital offense” and “some say he deserved to be killed...” No serious person has said these things. Brown was not killed for stealing, and it is not that he “deserved” to die. It is simply a matter of self-defense. The officer was entitled to defend himself, using lethal force if necessary. He was not required to forego the weapons issued to him and fight Brown in hand-to-hand combat, risking the use of his own gun against him.
