I knew a soldier that picked his nose and rolled them up and threw them on the floor where other people walked.
He almost got a damned barracks beat down for it. I asked him why would he do that, knowing the consequences.

This guy was a Soldier of the Year, two Purple Hearts, a Bronze Star with "V"...yet he still had to have attention and chose to get it through a disgusting, perverted action that alienated those around him and those that would otherwise support him in every thing he did.
