And I think the effective careers of these girls is pretty short anyway.
As to the value of the sex slaves in the ISIS part of the world, $200 to $350 would mean something very different than the value in the UK.
I agree that the business appears to be very informal and amateurish, but were are after all dealing with sand monkeys;-).
I can't yet calculate the value of the girls but overtime we will hopefully learn a great deal more about this business as it is exposed.
I think the reason a lot of it is conducted in taxis is because muslims control the taxi business in the areas in which this is occurring and because it is a cheap, safe (cops are paid to look the other way), and quick way to transact this business .
As a final note, I imagine that much of the money collected goes to protection--to the police, social services, commissioners who keep this horrific crime out of the public eye.

I have yet to see a single claim that cops or social workers were paid off. Could have been, of course.
That’s the horror and the novelty of this story. Corrupt cops have always existed, and always will.
Cops who refuse to do their job out of a fear of being called racist is quite new. As are social workers who are harassed and have their data stolen by coworkers and supervisors when they report what’s going on.
Not everybody was complicit. Some tried to do their jobs, but were silenced by the others.
