This makes no sense. Sun Tzu says attack where the enemy is weak.

Wouldn’t it be better to wipe out a mall, a couple elementary schools and government buildings in El Paso?

In Texas, mall shoppers have guns. Schools are protected by armed guards, even some armed teachers. Government buildings, likewise.

But *inside* our military bases? Nobody is armed.

That will just piss people off.
Hitting amitary base makes a bigger statement, and can be considered a legitimate military target
