The Lovin' Spoonful: "Darling Be Home Soon"

From "You're a Big Boy Now", the 1966 film that brought Francis Ford Copolla to the big screen.

Yes the list could go into the hundreds as there are a lot of good movie themes.

“A Candy Colored Clown They Call The Sandman” from Blue Velvet. Actually the title is “In Dream” but Frank calls it by the Clown name.

Madonna: "Crazy for You"

From 1983's "Vision Quest" with Mathew Modine, filmed in Spokane. It's the only Madonna song I actually loved.

Great call - here's the video.

I always say that she plays guitar better than Bruce Springsteen in this scene (she did play her own guitar). She had other qualities that Bruce could never attain as well.

Once you've seen the movie, the Sixties make more sense.

I've seen it; once was enough. But the music was good. lol
