I’m glad I was able to be a kid during my childhood—before diving boards vanished from swimming pools and teeter-totters, jungle gyms, merry-go-rounds, metal slides and tall swings disappeared from playgrounds.
All those were removed at the latter part of my childhood. The plastic crap started to show up when I was getting too old for it. So lucky.
