I heard a computer security expert on Fox saying that once you make a website that is not secure, you cannot tweak it to make it moreso. You have to start all over again from the ground up. He said now that they have tweaked it, it is less secure than when they started.

He is correct. The system is massively complex with numerous interfaces to other agencies. The best approach would be a complete re-do but that won’t ever happen due to political considerations.

In this corrupt administration, politics and appearance trump all.
