One is a registered Republican in TX if he voted in either the March 4 primary or the May runoff election. Otherwise, he is nonaffiliated, presuming he did not vote in a Democrat primary.
Oh, and not ‘registered’ as a republican, just noted that the person voted in that parties primary. No allegiance at all.
