I have to agree with him. Repubz have it tough in POTUS elections with changing electorate. With places like CO and VA (former solid red) now lean Dem in pres years, basically Dems start out with 240 EVs. Repubs need to run table. Tough sledding.
He’s not saying he wants it that way, but that that’s what he thinks will happen. Sadly, he may be right.
But we do need to run on a Reaganesque theme of “Let’s make America great again”, or a variation thereof. Remind people of Mrs. Clinton’s scandals and her close ties to Obama, and talk about how the best of America lies ahead. Show how our policies got the economy moving. Since Obamacare will be an issue, remind people about Hillarycare.
We need to believe in America, state our belief that the American people can restore this country. (”I don’t want to remake America, I want to restore America.”) We need to set forth the way forward to prosperity and peace through strength.
He’s far from being a cheerleader. However, the Clinton name, money, and political operation, coupled with the fawning media, places Hitlery in a very strong position. To predict she’ll be the next President isn’t that far-fetched, sadly.
Can she beat Fauxcahontas? I don’t know. But Fauxcahontas or the other “alternative” the crazy left is pushing, Bernie Sanders, would be another McGovern. If the Dhimmicraps want to hvae a chance at winning, they almost have to nominate Hitlery.
Seriously, who else have they got? Cuomo? O’Malley? Moonbeam? Lunchbuket Joe?

I understand what you're saying, and I agree, to a point. Reagan was his own man, an individual, and it's fruitless to look for a carbon copy. But I don't think that's what most of us are doing; we just want a solid conservative candidate, in the mold/manner of Reagan.

Exactly what I have heard from several of my friends as well, Hillary=Bill, and they love Bill. If women vote for her in over the top numbers, it won't be because she is a woman, it will be because they adore her husband, and nothing else! UGH

You may misunderstand this quote. He’s not supporting Hillary winning - he’s observing how it can happen, and I think we ignore the strategy that his friend detailed at our country’s peril.
