The same sort of faulty argument could be made against the 1st or the 4th amendment.

I can use faulty logic to argue for the banning of cars.

Some people can’t be trusted with a car.
Lives would be saved.
etc..etc.. It’s low IQ reasoning.

You see, to be free is to be at some risk. I choose to be free and at risk.

Absolutely. The First Amendment is noisy and inconvenient.

All paid journalists should have to fill out detailed applications, pass a background check and undergo a five-year waiting period.

And if they ever lie or even make a mistake their privileges shall be revoked.
