I’m told all it would take is 10 guys with high-powered rifles who know they key points to hit on the power transmission grid.
Why do they need to bomb an electric grid when the US has so many soft targets: school buses, malls, WalMarts, McDonalds, minor bridges, gas stations, etc.
Why not several coordinated LOW-TECH attacks across the US on Sept. 11th? The result would be massive panic: easy to achieve and exactly what they want.
