So this "public servant" makes a quarter of a million dollars a year (with free heath benefits and a huge pension guarantee) gets a $53,000 bonus but appears to have fudged the books to make the plan look successful. How about giving the bonus back. By the way we folks in California are deluged with TV adds and such for Health For All which will give Obamacare to illegal aliens and their is a bill up at the state capital to do just that (http://sd33.senate.ca.gov/health4all).

Just make it a voting issue - vote if you want coverage or not. No ID necessary. Problem solved.

So if people fraudulently got coverage and services will they owe the money back? Will the insurance companies lose their subsidy money? Or, will Obama grant a pardon?
