There is no armored cav at Bliss anymore. 3rd ACR removed to Ft. Carson decades ago.
Ft. Bliss still hosts the SGM Academy, the ADA school, and hosts 1st Armored Div and its artillery units, and two commands of the Luftwaffe.
Gee, things change. According to their Wiki, they have been moved from Carson to Hood.
