I can fully imagine her limply waving her index finger around as the badguys behind her walk up with a headbag for her.
I live just north of New Orleans and a 1/3 of my town was flooded. I got 4 1/2 feet. I remember when that mildly talented fool made that statement. Everyone down here thought she was either a fool or just plain stupid.
