So if you prepped and have water, food, first-aid, and other supplies you have to SHARE with your unprepared neighbors??
I will do it if I can but my family comes first. But this sounds like the guvmint will go around and confiscate your stuff at gun point.
Logistics makes that impossible. The country is WAY too big and has WAY too many people for the number of government goons to do much but maybe secure a couple of cities.
