Off-duty cop beaten by 3 men in Midtown

Three punks jumped an off-duty cop in Midtown, leaving him hospitalized with a head injury, authorities said Saturday.

In what is believed to be an unprovoked assault, the three suspects ganged up on the 42-year-old cop on W. 49th St. near Ninth Ave. in Hell’s Kitchen early Friday morning, cops said.

The incident began just after midnight when one of the three suspects jumped in front of the off-duty officer “in a fighting stance,” police said.

The cop tried to walk past him, but the wacko’s two friends joined in and began to pummel the cop, leaving him with a deep cut on his head.

If the beating can in anyway be connected to the lies spread by the MSM employees and the race-grievance industry about police the officer should seriously consider civil lawsuits.

As retaliatory assaults accumulate because of Ferguson MSM and race-grievance industry lies keep in mind that

• injured should file civil lawsuits using the doctrine of vicarious liability;
• the MSM and the race-grievance industry have deep pockets;
• The offenders (beating up poicemen) need only be aware of the hate and lies spewed forth to convince
• a jury to decide in favor of the victim of the retaliatory assault.

I have no law issues experience but I am aware of this being used successfully by the $PLC against white supremacist groups -- even if the offenders simply knew of the groups' bigotry, IIRC.

Yes, banning guns would prevent thugs from assaulting common citizens and killing them or sending them to the hospital with serious injuries. It’s a good thing all those victims of attacks by mobs of thugs, who didn’t use guns to harm their victims, weren’t armed so they could defend themselves. (snicker)
