How does a person who makes $6314 a year buy a $40,000 car and put 30" tires and rims that cost $6000 on it ?

It’s not “hundreds of billions” it is trillions. Many, many trillions of dollars. No other country in the history of the world has done nearly as much to right a wrong, but it’s never enough.
Blacks don’t get it. We’ve had 50 years of transfer payments,set asides and “understanding” of unacceptable behavior. Whites will give you equal opportunity and respect. But you must do your part and act responsibly,pull your own weight, and quit using racism as a crutch when everything doesn’t go your way. Do that and then we will begin to bridge the gap between us.
Hmmm, author conveniently neglected to mention that the wealth gap by race is WORSE IN SOUTH AFRICA SINCE APARTHEID too. Conclusion: Modern technology has permitted those with ambition and intelligence to get ahead; blacks have failed to meet the challenge, and whatever the reason(s) it's not whiteys fault.

Life expectancy at birth? Many potential contributing factors; a little investigative reporting could have narrowed it down.
• Black students are significantly less likely to attend schools offering advanced math and science courses than white students. They are three times as likely to be suspended and expelled, setting them up for educational failure.
How is this whitey's fault?
• Because of the catastrophic experiment in mass incarceration, black men in their 20s without a high school diploma are more likely to be incarcerated today than employed, according to a study from the National Bureau of Economic Research. Nearly 70 percent of middle-aged black men who never graduated from high school have been imprisoned.
The natural result of black culture not valuing education and pushing the thug life. No blame for whitey here either, hmmm...
Most are not in schools with blacks.
Perhaps in NYC there is some overlap.
Consider that poor people receive "services" equivalent to $20,000/year from the government.
Now somebody calculate the present value of an annuity that pays out $20,000/year for life.
The socialist liberals doing all they can do to keep these poor people on the government plantation. And the useful idiots lap it up.

A case can be made that they were better off at that time when it came to family structure. They went through a period of time after the civil war where getting the family together seemed to mean something. Then when a political party call the Dimocrats started rewarding people for NOT having a family structure, it all went to hell.
Also an industriousness, peaceableness, and self-discipline gap.
You may be correct on that. I will say this, however, I have had some blacks tell me to my face, they did not care if the country gets destroyed, as long as white people get hurt by it. How do you deal with that kind of mentality?
No matter how much horrible stuff goes on in the world, the still whine on and on about yesterday’s crap.
They are going to be so surprised when ISIS gets around to beheading them.. But at least they’ll be spared global warming..
