Cops are questioning two alleged ‘anti-white’ thugs who shot a woman in Central Park with a pellet gun and police sources said they have been linked to a few other pellet gun shootings around the city.

Saw "Where's Poppa" when it came out in the theaters in the early 70s. The brother getting mugged by the same gang over and over again in Central Park is the second most memorable part of the movie.
(The first being the soda on the cereal.)

Much the same here. I'm not female and don't jog/run much any more. But when I did it was usually after 11:00 PM and often after midnight as that was when the south Florida heat was just beginning to be bearable.
Lost count of the times I'd be hit with a police helicopter spotlight while on my run. Never did figure out what one was suppose to do... stop and put hands up? keep running? I usually just stopped, looked up at the spotlight, shrugged and resumed my jog.
