LOL. I bet you forgot to put sarcasm tag with that. UK is a single West European nation which has a real military yet, but they would be off in a decade, too. Still not a match to a Russian military.
On paper France is a formidable power too, but their military achievements are mostly about both tactical and strategic surrenders so you can discard them too.
Germany might have some cool specop lads but there are probably only a dozen of fighter jets it working condition and if we are going as far as Estonia, they have only two T-72 tanks following their own popular folklore. One of these allegedly has a broken transmission and can’t roll, another has an autoloader malfunction and can’t shoot.
The rest of EU is between Germany and Estonia in military capabilities.
European military is officially a joke and they know it.
But at least they have the finest socialized healthcare and world best welfare programs.
