Actually, this could be a VERY good idea!
First, close and lock the boarders.
Second, reparations included a one way ticket to anywhere and renouncing of American citizenship.
In many cases, when viewed over a life time, the reparations could be close to a million bucks and we’d still come out ahead!
My bet - no one takes it.
I agree...even if we paid one million dollars, in the end we’d come out ahead. I think a number of thugs would take the money thinking they’d be able to sneak back into the States. But every one we gave the money to would have a computer chip/tracking device implanted in them. If we found them back in the U.S., they would be shot on the spot.
