Transitional is such a great camouflage word. It implies movement. Here in the People’s Republic of Massachusetts some prog decided to “partner” that word with “Assistance” as in the Department of Transitional Assistance, AKA the Welfare Department.

Nobody seems to be transitioning off of the roles however. So I wonder how “moving justice” would work?
