There is talk of muslims intentionally getting infected with ebola, waiting until the virus load starts the ugly symptoms (fever, nausea, headache, vomit, etc) and then strapping on a suicide vest.

Had the Madrid train bombers been viral loaded with Ebola, you would have seen, of course, the mass casualties due to the shock/blast forces, but then, 1st responders (fire/emt/ems) and 1st receivers (hospital pax) would be prone to spreading ebola ALL OVER THE place. It truely would be a heinous and very effective dispersal method of ebola.
