Yes, it started way back then.

The other day at the office, one of my co-workers asked me how it was that I served multiple tours in Vietnam as a combat infantryman and I didn’t get PTSD. My rather flippant answer was “I didn’t get PTSD in Vietnam, I gave it.”

However, this PTSD question made me wonder what PTSD is and what the symptoms are, so I did a little research on the subject and found that I did indeed possess symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) concerning a traumatic and very stressful incident that occurred during my last tour in Vietnam. I was a professional soldier when the traumatic incident occurred and had accumulated over six years in Vietnam engaged occasionally in close combat with a vicious and cunningly capable enemy, but the traumatic event wasn’t as a result of close combat with this enemy.

One day when I was totally focused on closing with and destroying the enemy, something caught my eye, I looked around and found a new enemy had unexpectedly appeared behind me; it was the American people. The same Democrat Party who had originally sent me to Vietnam promising that, “We shall pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship, support any friend, oppose any foe, in order to assure the survival and success of liberty,” had now sided with the Communists I was fighting. They were parading in the streets of the United States under a Viet Cong flag, were quoting from Mao’s Red Book, and were spitting on and flinging insults at returning Vietnam Veterans. Then, a Democrat led Congress cut off funding for the Vietnam War, American combat troops were withdrawn and we abandoned a valiant ally to their fate.

I was ordered out of the country in 1972, and when I arrived at Travis Air Force Base, purposely in the dark of the night, I was advised to change out of my uniform and put on civilian clothing to avoid being attacked by the American people when I entered San Francisco. I wasn’t at all surprised when a few decades later these same people elected a Marxist-Communist as President of what was once my country.

Yes, the deep, burning hatred I feel for the Democrat Party to this day could be diagnosed as a symptom of PTSD, and I assure you, every Vietnam Veteran I know feels the same way.

Tonight, I openly quit calling them Democrats. They are Communists.

I came back in September ‘70 and was discharged in SF, It was interesting. I had always loved SF. I have hated the city since I got off that plane.

Brilliant exposition of just who these democrat liberal a-holes are. Occasionally in my work, I run into true morons from texas (small t), who wear “LBJ” buttons, and I cannot stop myself from explaining to them just what a lying POS this scum sucking bastard was. Try to explain to them what Lady Bird thought of him. What our military thought of him from Joint Chiefs on down. That he was a waster, a user, a manipulator. Far more than any politician, save FDR to that date.

This is who our enemy is, how they think and how we need to regard them. To supply and steel ourselves for the coming task. If Laz’s timeline comes to the fore- we need to RAPIDLY respond, and kick the lard a@@ repubs who are chickenshiite in response, to righteously act, and boldly to shut these people out. We can be feared greatly, and take a cue from Ronald Reagan. We know them.

Thank you. Thank you for your service to the cause of Freedom. I’ve many Viet business friends who are very grateful as well, and have a hard time convincing their children not to copy the commies.
Deo Vindice.

Gd bless you. Yes, you were betrayed by your leaders. And now they do it the same way: with the help of the media.

Your fellow soldiers died in Iraq to secure that country for democracy. Obama and the media and the idiot “anti war at all costs” crowd lost a won war.

Thank you for your service.

I hope enough of us are left to protest should Laz’s sad scenario, sadly realistic, happen. And by protest I mean protest.

Your story, believe it or not, helped jump start Obama’s political career. The Vietnam war funding that was cut off by Congress in the Middle-late 70’s was used to finance a huge welfare program for inner cities. Poor, single inner city women were getting paid welfare for giving birth, and they sure turned out babies big time. These babies came into their late teens in the middle 90’s and produced a huge inner city crime wave during the mid-90’s. It was in Chicago during this time that a clean community organizer with no negro accent caught the attention of Dem politicians. The rest is history that’s still unfolding.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE! & GOD BLESS YOU! I think most Americans learned a hard lesson in those days. Now when I see a soldier, I always try to utter the words, “Thank you for your service” I always get tears in my eyes and choke up. every darn time! It comes from my heart and I am very sorry for how we treated our V.N. vets! So often when I tell a soldier Thank you for your service, they act like I am nuts. Well I am a crazy old woman! LOL But the way we are treating vets now is deplorable, too! Keeping them on waiting lists instead of treating them. It is giving all of us some kind of syndrome!

Hey Hey Ho Ho Barack Obama Needs to GO
