The problem is McConnell is the typical DC insider. He talks tough during the campaign and then does nothing once he's elected. The excuse is always "we just didn't have the votes", or "the POTUS would have vetoed it anyway".

The country elected a hard leftist over a rich investment banker. A majority of this country believes successful business people are the bad guys. Until that changes and we elect real conservatives it's only going to get worse.

McConnell, as the Senate Minority Leader, provided Harry Reid with the critical cloture votes to push the liberal agenda, including funding Obamacare and removing the debt limit.

The cloture votes, not votes on legislation, tell you which team a senator supports.

McConnell does the bidding of Harry Reid, instead of fighting tooth and nail.
