President Obama reportedly plans to do an end-run around Congress to forge an international climate change deal, effectively bypassing the Constitution's requirement to get the Senate's approval for a treaty.
The New York Times reported that the agreement is slated to be signed at a United Nations meeting next year in Paris. However, because the U.S. Senate is unlikely to ratify any international climate treaty, Obama’s negotiators reportedly are working toward an alternative agreement – a “politically binding” deal that would serve in lieu of a bona-fide treaty.

If that happens, Congressional leaders need to stand up and say clearly - “this action is NULL and VOID. It has NO legal effect. We do not expect Americans to follow it.”

It will have no enforcement provision and will be symbolic only. Which is why lefties will love it and everyone will ignore it.
If the senate doesn’t ratify it, it is null and void.
Well of course he is. He has to prove how liberal he is to his base.
And, just in general, the rule is, liberals reserve the right to bypass established legislative process in pursuit of liberal goals. So in this case, Obama will not bother with getting the Senate to ratify a global warming treaty. He will just take action and dare anybody to do anything about it. If nobody does anything in response, the powers of Obama and liberal.presidents of the future has just grown more.
Rest assured anything he does an end run around with his pen in hand means more money coming out or pockets in either taxes, regulatory fess, or increased prices to offset his meddling BS
Job #2 for a GOP majority (after repeal of Obamacare) is to cut off all funding for the EPA until Barry gets back into line.

I don’t think so. I think every attack on the American people, particularly white people, is to cause harm and I think Soros is telling him how to orchestrate it and he’s handing the ball over to Jarrett who’s delegating it to her 36 staffers
He’ll implement it through the EPA via Executive Order.
It’ll be challenged in the Courts, which are being packed with post-nuclear option Liberal extremists. It’ll take years to get to the Supreme Court, where a Liberal majority achieved following the retirements of Kennedy and Scalia will uphold all of it.
Then stop him.

With Senate review and ratification, Obama’s deal won’t be worth the paper it’s written on.
