I am sort of caught in between. I love Mexican food but even a little pepper burns my mouth.
This morning I bought a large bag of Nachos, and mild salsa sauce. I heat regular American cheese on the Nachos. I then dip with the cheese covered chips. Even then they are just a little hotter than I like them but I do love the flavor.
I hear ya! I’m a wuss when it comes to hot stuff, but sometimes I just gotta have me some Mexican food! NO jalapenos though! They HURT! LOL!
Food shouldn’t hurt. :)
