The nature of BK’s business model is changing drasticallyI don't understand it except from a tax standpoint: Wendy's owned Horton's for 11 years and there was no synergy there, that BK thinks it can have a different outcome surprises me.

BK is moving the corporate HQ to Canada. Wendy’s did not do that. At least that appears to be the case.
