No push-back from the GOP; no push-back, at all.
Rather than educate the voters, they just sit there with the “Thank you sir, may I have another.” attitude.

Sometimes they may sheepishly say we are not racists, hoping someone might listen. The only one I have seen get down and dirty, was Michelle Malkin, and she is a Filipina. I saw her almost screaming at some female racist democrat. Some rats say she is so full of hate. I don't think she really is, but maybe she just hates rats. I kind of STRONGLY dislike rats too. I don't consider it a vice.
Rather than educate the voters, they just sit there with the Thank you sir, may I have another. attitude.
One of the worst perpetrators of the "racist Republican myth" is Sen. Dickie Durbin (D-IL). He is prone to mouthing racial accusations on the floor of the Senate -- which invariably go unchallenged.
Just once, I'd love to see somebody like Mike Lee or Marco Rubio (or, better yet, Tim Scott) rise to a point of order...cross the aisle...approach Durbin...and slap him silly.
Definitely against Senate rules, I know. But fully justified.
And, by defending themselves, it would stop that kind of $hit in its tracks.
