Long but a good article. The author could have easily made his point with fewer words. Simply, “trust” has to be earned by BOTH SIDES.

Assuming (a very large assumption) the “Street Rat” blacks clean up their act, the police will have no reason to “roust” them, it goes both ways. I have lived on this earth for 77 years and NEVER have I been arrested for ANYTHING. If I can live here that long with causing any problems or avoid getting into trouble by obeying the laws of the land, so can blacks.

Well, to regurgitate as long as there is the Black Underclass, we will have police shootings of violent, young, black males who resist any efforts at civilizing. Until the Black Underclass is dealt with (and I'm not holding my breath), we will continue to read about and see stories by Big Lib Media about poor, "oppressed," blacks who struggle against the white, racist power structure.

The problem is not the white, racist power structure which doesn't exist. The problem is violent, ignorant, uncivilized, out-of-control blacks.
