In about 2007, flying from Europe to the US, between Iceland and the US, I saw a huge red-yellow glowing object in the ocean from at least 30,000 ft. Never knew what it was.
In 1968 I was flying over the Pacific Ocean (no airplane mind you) and saw these like wild shooting colored auras.
