Every cop who is video-taped behaving in this unprofessional way should be fired immediately. Doing it in front of a crowd is unbelievably stupid.. What kind of police chief hires officers like that? He should be fired, too.
He should be prosecuted for felony aggravated assault.

It isn't stupid when he knows he knows that his chief will back him up as will the other cops. Hie didn't shoot the fellow so he won't get his Paid Vacation reward, though.
