Of course I am not a lawyer nor have any law education.

I do however remember that the $PLC sued Tom Metzger for millions and won claiming that his white supremacist rantings were at least partly to blame for some skin head scum killing a black man.

IIRC the skin heads had no other connection than to have listened to Metzger's rants.
