With respect to aggravated assault, Whites led Blacks 2-1 in arrests; in forcible-rape cases, Whites led all racial and ethnic groups by more than 2-1.

I suspect there's some fancy footwork going on here.

FBI tracks race of perp as reported by the victim, and they also track race of those arrested.

Since most black crime is committed against other blacks, and there is a massive campaign in the black community to "Stop Snitching," I would be willing to bet fewer crimes committed against blacks result in arrest.

So the statistics to look at would be those from victim interviews as to race of the perp, not arrests.

But I don't have time to track down exactly how much he has intentionally distorted the record by these comments.

This might help but it is from DoJ annual survey of thousands of crime victims -- not the FBI. The FBI has murder by race of victim/offender but I do not believe that they have sexual assaults that way. The following are DoJ data. I think the FBI has race of offender by type of crime but does not include victim.

Why did I stop at 2008? Because the Obama-Holder Dept. of Just Us and Our People stopped releasing the Table 42 data -- probably because the survey (emphasis on survey) showed zero white on black assaults in several years and the pattern continued into the Obama years.

As I suspected, the author is fudging the facts.

Aggravated assault: whites - 194,981; blacks- 102,597. That's 1.89 to 1. Not 2 to 1.

Forcible rapes: whites - 9,504; blacks - 4,811. That is, of course, 1.97 to 1, not "more than 2-1."

Ass has been pointed out, Hispanic perps are lumped in with whites, distorting the raw numbers by an unknown percentage. Of course, they are probably all white Hispanics, so what difference, at this point in time, does it make?
