I have to give Rand credit for this one. First of all, I cannot believe, once more, that freepers allow the AP to publish content perhaps out of context.
Rand is not Ron. This administration has been very inconsistent with foreign policy and he has a right raise questions about HRC.
A month before the bombing the Libya, the HRC
State Department wanted to give $1.7 million for improvements to the Libyan Air Force and for Border security.
