We used to idolize men like Patton and Pershing, but now we act like a bunch of Victorian housewives in regards to anything ‘unpleasant.’ We also denigrate those who actually choose to get thier hands dirty and so frankly I believe that we’re likely going to go through a complete collapse until this ‘modern’ culture GROWS UP!

What you are describing is the only solution to Islamic extremism and particularly suicide bombers. The sick degenerate Islamicist martyr culture confers status on families of suicide bombers, the young are encouraged to kill themselves in pursuit of glory. If the entire families of suicide bombers lost all of their wealth and were exiled motivations would soon change.
This same approach could also quickly end Somalian piracy. Destroy the village and imprison the family of any pirate and it won’t be long before Somalians stop encouraging their young to be pirates.
Such harsh measures that can only come from a culture that believes in itself enough to be sufficiently ruthless when threatened with complete destruction.

I can’t imagine anything more frustrating than having that happen...
I mean all those comments about finding this chap, chaining him up behind a pickup truck, and dragging him over a street full of broken glass is really harsh...
I can only imagine how that sounds when people make such comments...Geesh people, read those posting rules!!!
