The question remains...Did any of the 14,500 dual registered voters, actually VOTE in both localities? People move, and while they make sure to re-register to vote in their new state, oftentimes they forget or neglect to cancel their registration in their old state. I’ve done it myself and I’m sure I’ve got plenty of company. But, and it’s a big but, I’ve never voted in VA and then rushed up to CT to cast another ballot. and that’s where the rub lies. Tell me how many dual VOTES came out of these 14,500 and I’ll get excited.

The rub is the various moves to have mail voting, internet voting and early voting. With more time and options you have more opportunity if one is so inclined. Like with the need for written contracts, for the honest a handshake will do, for the dishonest nothing is sufficient!
