Opinions on the Michael Brown shooting in Ferguson, Missouri, are strongly divided among racial lines, the latest New York Times/CBS poll shows, but still most people feel race relations in their own communities are good.
However, there is a rising feeling among whites that race relations are troubled, The New York Times reported.
The poll also shows that while most whites are reserving judgment over whether police officer Darren Wilson was justified in shooting the unarmed teenager, most black respondents said the incident was unjustified.

While the survey shows that the majority of whites will reserve judgment in order to let the facts emerge in a rigorous testing of truth, via normal criminal procedures and perhaps a trial, blacks seem to want a particular result, and not necessarily a fair process. This is exactly what was on display in the aftermath of the O.J. Simpson criminal acquittal. Justice is not a team sport. It is not "our team" versus "their team" or an evening up for some real or perceived historical imbalance. It is the presentation of facts to a jury for fact finding in a specific instance, and the application of the law to the facts. One of the most pathetic aspects of race in the United States is he fact that the justice system is so clearly misunderstood by blacks.

I remember how Jack French Kemp had to distance himself from his old friend OJ. Sometimes friendship asks too much.

Nope. They would say he deserved it and more. The relatives of thugs who were shot while attempting armed robbery often defend the criminal and say he was murdered and the shop owner didn’t have to shoot him. They live in a different world.

These crimes have been so covered up by Big Media I'd bet the average person has little idea they're occurring.Quite true. Try bringing it up in conversation, and many people are surprised. They honestly think it's the other way around, that mean, vicious whites are making life dangerous for blacks everywhere. The media has done its job.

Went to our Officers Association Meeting last night and two brothers, who are black, went off on Sharleton and HiJackson.
None of us know grew with the era they are stuck in.
They consider them old men and an anethma, promoting something they don’t see and haven’t experienced.
Both are from very Red States and and their friends never talk about the crap these jackasses foment.
both are VP’s at fairly big companies and feel blessed to live in the America of today.
I hate racial ideology, as do they.

It’s all about the image. If the media would stop posting the picture of Michael Brown at a younger age with an angelic expression on his face and put up a true picture of what he’s turned into
..poll results might be different.
But then again, given the liberal mind(less)set, maybe not.

They have to have a reason as to why they are such colossal failures....could be pushing out kids at 14 or younger, doing dope, and going to prison, etc. Never mind the colossal successes of the black population who DON’T do these things!!!!
