Why is Brown vulnerable to the “carpetbagger argument?”

Maybe she’s vulnerable to it, too. I’m not from NH, and don’t know how long she’s been there.
Brown looks like he left MA because it’s tough for a Republican candidate to get elected there. And it is, even for a squishy liberal Republican.
