Obama has had the sleaziest and most incompetent press secretaries in history. Carney replaced Gibbs when there was a level beneath which Gibbs was not willing to go and then Ernst replaced Carney when there was even lower level that carney was not willing to go.

Obviously, IF the liars are saying it’s “excellent”, you can darn well conclude it’s just the opposite.
