Funny thing about facts, they are what they are-always have been, always will be. Fact. On August 9, 2014 Officer Darren Wilson-a six year veteran of the Fergusoin Police Department-shot and killed 18 year old Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri. Fact. Michael Brown was unarmed at the time of his death. Fact. There are at least two (TWO!!!) eye witnesses, Dorian Johnson-Michael Brown’s friend that was with Brown at the time of the shooting-and Piaget Crenshaw-happened to video record from her apartment window Darren Wilson shooting Brown dead.
Fact. Both witnesses have gone on national news networks to tell their stories. Now that the facts (and no these aren’t ALL of the facts but facts nonetheless) have been laid out Officer Darren Wilson needs to be brought to justice.
Why isn’t Darren Wilson in a jail cell? That is the question I kept going back to as I sat down at my desk and turned on my laptop in preparation of this column. The facts are the facts: Didn’t he shoot an unarmed Michael Brown? Killed him in cold blood for what ultimately was an alleged shoplifting charge. Fact. Darren Wilson is white. Fact. Michael Brown was black.
Unfortunately that might be the ultimate fact in the story. White policeman kills black teen. White man kills black boy. Fact. Separate authorized and unauthorized autopsy reports show that bullets entered Brown’s body from the front. That Brown may have attacked Darren Wilson after he and Johnson were instructed to “freeze” could be true. I’m not arguing that “fact”. Both witnesses to the shooting that have gone public thus far say that at one point Brown had his hands in the air, arms raised, no gun in hand before being shot six times. Fact. Darren Wilson should be in jail in Ferguson, Missouri for if nothing else manslaughter. Being a terrible police officer isn’t against the law is it?
Fact. There have been Darren Wilson supporters online-Facebook and GoFundMe accounts have been set up and have garnered over $70,000 thus far. Fact. Since Brown’s murder there have been 21 consecutive days of protest on the streets of Ferguson since the shooting. Fact. The Missouri Highway Patrol has been called in to do the job that the Ferguson P.D. obviously could not. Fact. There has been more money donated to the Darren Wilson there has been to Michael Brown’s family. That alone says more about race relations in Missouri and around the country than any newscast or column could ever state.
FACT. Michael Brown’s funeral will be held in Ferguson on August 25. Darren Wilson will be available to attend because he most likely will not be in custody.
It was a video taken after the shooting only.
One of the witnesses was Brown’s partner in crime, so the credibility of his testimony is questionable. The women who shot the video did not actually see the shooting ‘cause she went to grab her cell phone.

(She also changed her story completely, adding new facts to later interviews)
We are left with two choices:
1) The author has no clue as to the actual content of the video.
2) The author lying.
Seems Thy Black Man left out a few facts in his story.
Fact: Dorian Johnson wasn't just Michael Brown's friend, he was his partner-in-crime.
Fact: Piaget Crenshaw herself said that she had left her apartment window to get her camera, and that by the time she returned, the shooting was over.
Fact: Thy Black Man deliberately left out important facts of the case to get his racist point across.
Donnell Suggs left out a fact, Brown’s partner in crime, Dorian Johnson is a known liar.
Suggs also sounds mentally challenged.
This "fact" appears to be an outright lie.
The video I have seen begins at a point in time with additional officers on the scene and at least some crime scene tape in place. These things take quite a few minutes to accomplish.
The woman who made the video, had she actually witnessed the shooting would have had plenty of time to get her camera and start recording. I believe it likely that she saw NOTHING of the shooting.
I was going to mention the fact that the author doesn’t know his ass from a hole in the ground, but thought why bother. He’s going to try to advance his racist agenda regardless of fact.
Fact: You Sir, are an idiot.

Fact: As long as blacks such as the author continue to shade or ignore facts that don’t support their argument, race relation will never improve.
If he wrote this crap today he should have known Officer Wilson sustained a broken eye socket during the altercation. How did that happen?
Dorian Johnson, Brown partner in crime, has admitted they committed the convenience store robbery. Word is, he also admits Brown attacked the policeman.
What about the several witnesses who agree with officer Wilson’s account of the story? As Johnson is an admitted robber with a long rap sheet, why would anyone believe his story over that of independent witnesses?
The video he mentions only shows a dead Brown lying on the street. It does not show the shooting or the events leading up to the shooting. The video is worthless.
Speaking of racism, what would the author think about a White magazine, whose mission is to blame blacks for everything that is wrong with the white race?
When someone takes the side of thuggery, they become responsible for encouraging the evil; especially so for a writer on the subject.
The author is a filthy racist, pure & simple.
If Wilson gets a fair trial he will be exonerated like Zimmerman.
then what will the hate-whitey/hate-white-cops people do? Burn another city?
FACT: the author of this diatribe sees and hears everything through race colored lenses, dismissing the multitude of facts that do not support his cause.

Wrong, unless I missed late breaking news. She only filmed the aftermath of Brown's body laying in the road.
Sucks when he can't get your facts straight in a paragraph about facts.
Mr. Stevens (J.B. Smoove), in the 2011 movie, "We Bought a Zoo," said it best, as well as more humorously:
"It is what it is. Sometimes you don't know what it is until you see what it is. You know? Once you see what it is, then you can figure out...is...it is what it is. You understand?"
The video was taken after Brown was shot. She even admitted she left the window for 30 seconds to get her phone.
