Funny thing about facts, they are what they are-always have been, always will be. Fact. On August 9, 2014 Officer Darren Wilson-a six year veteran of the Fergusoin Police Department-shot and killed 18 year old Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri. Fact. Michael Brown was unarmed at the time of his death. Fact. There are at least two (TWO!!!) eye witnesses, Dorian Johnson-Michael Brown’s friend that was with Brown at the time of the shooting-and Piaget Crenshaw-happened to video record from her apartment window Darren Wilson shooting Brown dead.
Fact. Both witnesses have gone on national news networks to tell their stories. Now that the facts (and no these aren’t ALL of the facts but facts nonetheless) have been laid out Officer Darren Wilson needs to be brought to justice.
Why isn’t Darren Wilson in a jail cell? That is the question I kept going back to as I sat down at my desk and turned on my laptop in preparation of this column. The facts are the facts: Didn’t he shoot an unarmed Michael Brown? Killed him in cold blood for what ultimately was an alleged shoplifting charge. Fact. Darren Wilson is white. Fact. Michael Brown was black.
Unfortunately that might be the ultimate fact in the story. White policeman kills black teen. White man kills black boy. Fact. Separate authorized and unauthorized autopsy reports show that bullets entered Brown’s body from the front. That Brown may have attacked Darren Wilson after he and Johnson were instructed to “freeze” could be true. I’m not arguing that “fact”. Both witnesses to the shooting that have gone public thus far say that at one point Brown had his hands in the air, arms raised, no gun in hand before being shot six times. Fact. Darren Wilson should be in jail in Ferguson, Missouri for if nothing else manslaughter. Being a terrible police officer isn’t against the law is it?
Fact. There have been Darren Wilson supporters online-Facebook and GoFundMe accounts have been set up and have garnered over $70,000 thus far. Fact. Since Brown’s murder there have been 21 consecutive days of protest on the streets of Ferguson since the shooting. Fact. The Missouri Highway Patrol has been called in to do the job that the Ferguson P.D. obviously could not. Fact. There has been more money donated to the Darren Wilson there has been to Michael Brown’s family. That alone says more about race relations in Missouri and around the country than any newscast or column could ever state.
FACT. Michael Brown’s funeral will be held in Ferguson on August 25. Darren Wilson will be available to attend because he most likely will not be in custody.
More facts.
Fact. Johnson has recanted his story. He lied.
Fact. Thyblackman is FOS.
Somebody's math is off. Shooting took place on 8-9-14. It's now 8-21-14. I count this as the 12th night so that makes eleven nights of protest thus far.

My husband, mother and I went to Kenya for Christmas way back when my husband and I lived in Saudi Arabia.
I HAD thought that all black people were like American blacks...sort of coffee colored, depending on how much racial intermixing there had been.
In Kenya I saw AT ONCE why "black people" were called that. The Kenyans, ALL their tribes, were stone, cold EBONY...not cafe au lait whatsoever.
There WAS an African-American couple there, but not on our tour. They THOUGHT that they were on a "back to Africa" trip but they look WHITE compared to the native Africans.
THAT is when I SAW, with my own brown eyes, what BLACK people REALLY looked like. There AIN'T too many Americans who are African-black...maybe a few immigrants born from African parents.
American "blacks" aren't even CLOSE to being "African" anymore, even if they hold on to that "one drop of African blood" makes them black crap.
BTW...non-rational thinking is and always has been the hallmark of the left.
The Crenshaw video does not show Darren Wilson shooting Brown dead as author asserts.
Fact. Johnson has recanted his story. He lied.
I heard that one, but have yet to see it reported as a real "fact". Have a source?
FACT: The world is a better place because the Gentle Giant is no longer a problem for society.
The author certainly sounds VERY racist.

The video was made after Brown was lying on the pavement.
One of the “witnesses” was a known perjurer.
Some facts not listed: Brown had just finished a strong armed robbery. Brown was a huge powerful man. He threw the store owner or worker around like a rag doll.
Another fact: I would have shot him before he hit me or at least have tried to.

But they’re 100% convinced he’s guilty. Just like Zimmerman and anyone else who dares defend themselves.
Fact: There is no video of the shooting or the events leading up that has come out.

Michael Brown was shot 12, not 21, days ago. I'll let this go as a typo.
The second is too egregious to let slide. The author claims that Brown was MURDERED. It was certainly a homicide, in that a person was killed. There is mounting evidence to indicate that this was a justifiable homicide and NOT a murder.

There are numerous blogs and radio reports which I hold more credible than any MSM source which is likely to kill the story if true.
Besides, their are 12 other witnesses who contradict Johnson’s lies.
