It does not have to be a black vs white riot.
Unless and until whites are shown being rounded up and executed - most of Suburbia will simply express disbelief and applaud whatever measures are taken to ‘return things to normal’ so they can get on with their lives unhindered by such concerns.
And this is the goal.
All it takes is widespread mayhem in the streets, and Obama knows a majority of the country’s emoting populace will accept the justification to do whatever is necessary upon the pledge to ‘return things to normal’ - even when they will include measures that END their liberty permanently.
This is why this case will be stoked to achieve the maximum carnage as widely as possible with the non-state actors.
This scenario works for rioting blacks, latinos or Jihadists that have had an open door to waltz in here unimpeded.
