When you think about it, Obama's entire Presidency has been one distraction after another after another. There's seemingly never enough time to focus on one, without another coming along to distract the media and public.
I've been calling Obama the Distraction President. It's just one distraction (or scandal) after another --- each topping the previous.

"The Justice Department is actively pursuing justice in this case."
The guy was white, so what other protected group was he a member of, because that's the only way the DOJ would get involved.
